Steve A. Parkin - Senior Principal
Combining investment banking, real estate and healthcare consulting experience, Mr. Parkin has participated in several billion dollars in bond-financed transactions. He has been employed by two New York-based investment banks and most recently established a municipal finance department for a regional commercial bank. His experience includes establishing a tender option bond program which funded loans for first-time homebuyers and acquiring limited partnership interests in low income housing projects on behalf of a commercial lender.

Rod Turner - Senior Principal
Mr. Turner has twenty years of healthcare finance experience, initially as a management consultant and subsequently as an investment banker and financial advisor. He has established several healthcare consulting practices, with involvement in mergers and acquisitions, financial feasibility analysis and bond financing, focusing on the acute care and long-term care industries.

David Passero - Principal
Mr. Passero has extensive experience in valuation of skilled nursing, sub-acute and hospital assets nationwide. He is active in developing underwriting/lending criteria for commercial banks, investment banks and REMICs, as well as facilitating lender understanding of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement.
